WE'VE BROKEN GROUND!!

Hip Hip Hooray! It's official... We have BROKEN GROUND on the new Condo building! Our target closing date is June 15th! Contracts are being written and it will go fast. New Condo Model Done

ETV $10K+ BELOW Market

East Town Village is pricing new properties below market!

We just ran numbers to see how our product compares to similar properties that are selling and the results were amazing.

The searches include Sandy, Draper & Midvale for condos & townhomes. In both categories you get more for your money at East Town Village compared to other new & existing properties. The Townhomes were under market by $15K+ and condos were about $10K under market. Wow!!! We have the reports, so let us know if you want a copy & we will email it to you.

We are certainly looking forward to a great year at East Town Village. With sales up and new buildings starting construction soon the project will continue to outsell the competition. Wishing you a great new year.
